Heidelberg Versafire Digital Press
Our state-of-the art Heidelberg Versafire digital press produces black and white and color images at speeds of 85-95 impressions/minute. The color is impressive and consistent from beginning to the end of the run. The Versafire EV is characterized by a large variety of applications, delivers high quality and offers the possibility of reliable production of CMYK standard jobs. The new automatic inline calibration and inline register provide a high degree of stability, precision and improved quality on material thickness of up to 16 pt board.
Heidelberg Linoprint C751 Digital Press
The Linoprint C 751 has outstanding image quality and an exceptional range of functions, it offers the best specifications and reliability in its class. In short, the Linoprint C 751 boasts cost-effective production for very short runs and variable data, workflow integration via the Prinect Digital Print Manager and print speeds of up to 75 A4 pages per minute (65 pages as an option) on media up to 300 gsm.
Heidelberg Speedmaster CD 74 & SM 74
The CD74 was designed for automation so from the feeder to the delivery, virtually everything is automatic. There are no manually adjusted grippers and the dryers are monitored and automatically adapt to the job being run, which cuts cost and allows us to pass along the savings to you, the client. Running at 16,000 sheets/hr the CD is capable of handling a broad range of stocks, and options such as a coater, extended delivery, UV drying, double-coating, and many other special applications.
The SM is vastly similar to the CD in ability and also incorporates a perfector to cut down on setup time.
hp scitex fb750 & colex sharpcut
When it comes to large format printing it’s all about versatility and our HP Scitex FB750 gives us the capability to print on roll materials up to 80″ wide and on all types of rigid material with thickness up to 2.5″. Print on most any substrate varying from paper to plastic, wood and metal. We’ll provide you with all types of contour to straight edge cuts on the material of your choice with precision accuracy using our Colex Sharpcut flat bed router.
